You may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged
The product is defective
You received a wrong item
The product is expired (for food items)

Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery (as applicable).
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used food products (banana powder, snacks, oils, etc.)
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items returned without original packaging
Items purchased under clearance or special offers (unless damaged)

Share your Order ID
Provide clear images or video of the issue
Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Approved returns will be replaced with the same product
If the product is unavailable, you may choose:
A refund, or
An alternative product of equal value
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Refunds will be credited to:
Original payment method, or
Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), return shipping is free
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges are non-refundable
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
