At Sree Dev, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is expired (for food items)

Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery (as applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products (banana powder, snacks, oils, etc.)

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased under clearance or special offers (unless damaged)

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Phone

  2. Share your Order ID

  3. Provide clear images or video of the issue

Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Approved returns will be replaced with the same product

  • If the product is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A refund, or

    • An alternative product of equal value

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), return shipping is free

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
